Welcome Home.  Real estate markets are local, and Cody, WY, remains a healthy, viable real estate market.  Our prices have reduced only slightly and we have no more foreclosures than we do in a normal market.   Folks buy in Cody because they want to live here, they buy the quality of life as much as a house or property.  As an accredited Buyer's Representative, I will help you buy the home that best fits you.  We have a very cooperative Multiple Listing Service, and I will show Buyers ANY property in town.   

Sandi is going green!  I have committed to learning as much as possible about green improvements to existing homes, building with sustainability in mind, helping clients recognize green features and their value, and acting as a resource for folks interested in energy efficient living.  To that end, I am the first REALTOR in Wyoming to earn the new Green designation awarded by the National Association of REALTORS.   I will continue learning about sustainable homes and would be happy to work with you and exchange information.  I will be adding helpful links to provide you with valuable information on green living.
